A live virtual workshop on identity, clarity, and the quiet art of coming home to yourself
Your life is only outputting
what you've been feeding it.
You've been running on someone else's data for a long time — other people's definitions, borrowed identities, roles that were easier to wear than questions to answer. It's time to retrain the system. And remember who's actually inside it.
Garbage in. Garbage out.
Your mind works like the most sophisticated processing system ever built. Feed it clean, honest data about who you actually are — and it generates a life that feels like yours.
But most of us have been training on borrowed data. Other people's expectations. Roles that were handed to us. Identities we assumed because they were easier than knowing ourselves. The model learned. It just learned the wrong thing.
Underneath all of it, you are still in there. Your actual preferences, your genuine way of moving through the world, the things that light you up when no one's watching — none of that disappeared. It just got buried under a lot of other people's data.
This workshop is about auditing the input — and feeding your system something real. Something that's actually you.
Have you ever felt like something was missing — and couldn't figure out what?
Everything seemed fine. Maybe even good. Career, relationships, the external picture — all of it in place. And yet, underneath it, a quiet, soul-crushing sense that something wasn't right.
"I can tell you exactly what was missing. You. Knowing who you are, what you want, how you want to feel — that's not a luxury. It's the foundation."
When I ask people to describe themselves, they can. Easily. But when I ask them to do it without referencing another person, an animal, or a role? The room goes quiet.
That quiet is not failure. That quiet is the starting point. It's the first honest moment many people have had with themselves in years.
You came here with something inside of you that belongs to the world. Not hidden away, not performed for approval — genuinely expressed, genuinely shared. That's not a spiritual concept. That's what a full life actually feels like.
When you know who you are — clearly, honestly, without performing it for anyone — every other part of your life starts to work differently. Not because the circumstances changed. Because you changed. You stopped leaving yourself out of your own life.
90 minutes. No fluff.
This is for you.
- You feel like something is missing but you can't name it — even when life looks fine from the outside.
- You're in a transition: a relationship ending or beginning, kids growing up, a career shift, loss, a new chapter.
- You've been so focused on who you are to other people that you've lost the thread back to yourself.
- You're tired of performing a version of yourself that doesn't quite fit.
- You want the kind of clarity that comes from actually knowing yourself — not just thinking about it.
Let me introduce myself — the way I'll teach you to introduce yourself.
I am direct and warm at the same time, which most people find disarming. I think in systems and feel everything deeply — and I've learned those two things are not a contradiction, they're a superpower.
I am someone who left a corporate life in 2018 because something in me knew there was more — not more achievement, more me. That knowing took years to trust and longer to act on. I know what it costs to ignore it.
I am a guide for people in transition. I don't mean that as a job title — I mean it's who I am when I'm most alive. When someone is standing at the edge of who they were and who they're becoming, that's exactly where I want to be with them.
I work through conversation, energy, and the kind of questions that make people pause and go quiet — not because they don't know the answer, but because they've never been asked before. I am a spiritual life coach, reiki practitioner, and wellbeing educator. And I've lived every single thing I teach.
